1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the bc555 platform (available at bc555.club and its associated mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of bc555, including visitors who browse the platform without registering.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the bc555 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and bc555. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document on the bc555 platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a bc555 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bc555 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of bc555, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from bc555 or any other online gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.

bc555 employs age verification checks during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts immediately and permanently suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings derived from the account will be voided.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold a single bc555 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all associated balances and winnings being voided.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and a secure password. bc555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration, at any time during your use of the platform, and particularly before processing withdrawals.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawals above a threshold determined by bc555 at its sole discretion, players may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Documents that may be requested include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the process is completed. bc555 will not be liable for any delays resulting from a player's failure to provide the requested documents promptly.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bc555 login credentials, including your username and password. bc555 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional account security. You must notify bc555 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bc555 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on bc555 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bc555 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges per their respective terms of service.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your bc555 account may be made via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (Nexus Pay), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as made available on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your bc555 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. bc555 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of the request being submitted; however, delays may occur due to KYC verification requirements, security checks, or payment provider processing times.

bc555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold if the player has not fulfilled any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, or if there are outstanding KYC verification requirements.

4.3 Prohibited Payment Practices

Players are strictly prohibited from depositing funds originating from criminal activity, from using payment methods belonging to a third party without their explicit consent, or from using bc555 accounts for the purposes of money laundering or financial fraud. Any suspected violation of this provision will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be immediately suspended.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bc555 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at bc555 are eligible to claim a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the current welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by bc555 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period as specified in their individual terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited without notice.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

bc555 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably believes that bonus abuse has occurred. This includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and exploiting promotional errors.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on bc555 is subject to specific product rules published within each game or betting market on the platform. The following general rules apply across all bc555 products unless superseded by product-specific rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the rules applicable to the specific sport and market at the time of bet placement. bc555 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle bets in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body — including for cricket (ICC, BCB), football (FIFA, AFC), kabaddi, and other covered sports. In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for that market.

Live in-play betting on bc555 is subject to real-time odds changes. A bet is only confirmed once a bet slip confirmation is received by the player. bc555 is not responsible for connection failures or technical issues that prevent a bet from being placed during a live event.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bc555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits.
• Money laundering: Using bc555 as a mechanism for the transfer, conversion, or concealment of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live casino, or sports betting syndicates operating in breach of platform rules.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting price differences between bc555 markets and external markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where this is done in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bc555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7
• Suspected underage gambling
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bc555 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or pending investigation will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

8.2 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. bc555 will notify the account holder via their registered contact details before applying any inactivity policy. bc555 does not charge inactivity fees; however, it reserves the right to close inactive accounts in accordance with applicable legal requirements and internal policies.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bc555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bc555 platform.

bc555 makes no warranty or representation that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bc555 will make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

bc555 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from: (a) temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or cyberattacks; (b) delays or errors in third-party payment processing; (c) inaccurate odds or market information displayed due to data feed errors; (d) actions taken by bc555 in good faith to enforce these Terms; or (e) circumstances beyond bc555's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory intervention, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bc555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

bc555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the bc555 platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the bc555 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.1 Notification of Material Changes

Where bc555 considers a change to these Terms to be material — for example, a change that significantly affects player rights, withdrawal processes, or bonus policies — bc555 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. However, bc555 does not guarantee that all material changes will be notified in advance.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore gaming regulations under which bc555 operates. bc555 operates as an offshore platform. Players are solely responsible for verifying that their use of bc555 complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction, including the laws of Bangladesh.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and bc555 regarding these Terms or any aspect of your use of the platform, you should first contact bc555 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. bc555 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable governing body.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
